The CMEOhio Project

A collaborative enterprise of Ohio's consortium of six medical schools, brought together by the common goal of providing healthcare professionals with quality, evidence-based online continuing education.

CMEOhio offers a single portal that unites the CME/CE activities from each of the various medical schools into a single searchable and indexed catalog. The portal also provides simplified tracking of participation to meet re-licensure and professional organization requirements.

Let us demonstrate through the use of enabling technologies and standards, including the MedBiquitous Activity Report and the IMS Content Packaging Specifications, how CMEOhio was able to unite these medical schools regardless of their experience in eCME and existing capabilities.
