Please note that the entrance to the 2nd International Conference on Virtual Patients and MedBiquitous Annual Meeting is on Belvedere Road, which runs parallel to the river side.

Directions: By Bus

From London Euston: Take the Number 168 from London Euston bus station (directly outside London Euston train station) to Waterloo Bridge (Waterloo Rd).

Alight from the bus once you have crossed Waterloo Bridge, and walk down the stairs on the right onto the river side. Take a left across the Jubilee Gardens, until you reach Belvedere Road (the back of the County Hall buildings). Turn left onto Belvedere Road, and the entrance to County Hall is approximately 150 meters ahead.

From Kings Cross: Take the Number 59 from Kings Cross station to Waterloo Bridge (Waterloo Rd).

Alight from the bus once you have crossed Waterloo Bridge, and walk down the stairs on the right onto the river side. Take a left across the Jubilee Gardens, until you reach Belvedere Road (the back of the County Hall buildings). Turn left onto Belvedere Road, and the entrance to County Hall is approximately 150 meters ahead.

From London City Airport

By Car: From London City Airport, follow Hartmann Road, and turn left onto the A1011. At the second roundabout turn left onto the A1020 and follow onto Woolwich Road (A1020). Take the ramp. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Lower Lea Crossing (A1020) and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Aspen Way (A1261).

At the Limehouse Link, stay right and follow the A1203. Continue onto the Tower Hill Terrace (A3211) and follow the A3211. Turn left at Queen Street Place (A300) and cross Southwark Bridge Rd (A300). Take the second right onto Southwark St (A3200) and at the roundabout take the third exit onto Waterloo Road. Turn left at Belvedere Road.

The Belvedere Road entrance to London County Hall is approximately 350 meters ahead.

By Taxi: Taxis are available from London City Airport. Estimated cost approximately £35.00.

By Docklands Light Rail/London Underground: You can travel from London City Airport via Docklands Light Rail (DLR) and by tube. The DLR is connected to the London City Airport terminal. Take the DLR to Bank station (Northern, Central, Waterloo and City, District and Circle lines) and take the Northern or Waterloo and City lines to Waterloo Station, or the Circle and District lines to Embankment Station.

mapDirections from Waterloo Station (walking): Exit Waterloo Station (A) and follow the signs for the London Eye and County Hall Attractions. When you reach Westminster Bridge Road, turn right down Belvedere Road until you reach the County Hall Belvedere entrance (B).

mapDirections from Embankment Station (walking): Exit on the river side (A), and walk up the stairs across Hungerford pedestrian bridge, and head towards the London Eye. Walk across Jubillee Gardens, onto Belvedere Road. The County Hall Belvedere entrance (B) is approximately 150 meters ahead.

From Gatwick Airport

By Car: Take the M23 to the A23 towards Central London, and follow the signs to Westminster. Cross Westminster Bridge, and over the bridge turn left on to York Street. Turn right on Chicheley Street and take an immediate left onto Belvedere Road. The Belvedere Road entrance to London County Hall is approximately 150 meters ahead.

By Taxi: Taxis are available from Gatwick Airport. Estimated cost approximately £100.00 (one way).

By Train/Underground: There is a regular fast train service from Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station in Central London. More information can be found here: https://www.gatwickexpress.com/

You can then travel by tube to Waterloo, Embankment or Westminster stations and walk to the venue. (Download the London Underground Tube Map)

mapFrom Westminster (Jubilee, Circle and District Lines): Exit via the River Entrance (A) and walk across Westminster Bridge. Pass the riverside and County Hall Marriot Hotel, and turn left down Belvedere Road until you reach the County Hall Belvedere Entrance (B).

 

mapWaterloo (Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo Lines): Exit Waterloo Station (A) and follow the signs for the London Eye and County Hall Attractions. When you reach Westminster Bridge Road, turn right down Belvedere Road until you reach the County Hall Belvedere entrance (B).

mapEmbankment (District, Circle, Bakerloo and Northern Lines): Exit on the river side (A), and walk up the stairs across Hungerford pedestrian bridge, and head towards the London Eye. Walk across Jubillee Gardens, onto Belvedere Road. The County Hall Belvedere entrance (B) is approximately 150 meters ahead.

From London Heathrow Airport

By Car: Take the M4 to West London, follow Cromwell Road to Knightsbridge. Carry on to Hyde Park Corner, and follow the road to Buckingham Palace. Follow The Mall to Westminster Bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto York Road. Turn right at Chincheley Street, and immediately left onto Belvedere Road. The Belvedere Road entrance to London County Hall is approximately 150 meters ahead. 

By Taxi: Taxis are available from London Heathrow Airport. Estimated cost approximately £65.00 (one way).

By Train/Underground: There is a regular fast train service from London Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station in Central London. More information can be found here: http://www.heathrowexpress.com/Home
