MedBiquitous is pleased to offer an exhibit for its 2007 annual conference. We will have approximately 20 tabletop exhibits that provide conference participants the opportunity to find out more about education and assessment solutions relevant to their organizations. Breaks will take place in the exhibit area as well as a reception on the evening of April 17. 

The following is included in the cost of exhibiting:

• Conference registration for one attendee
• Table (6 ft.)
• Two chairs
• Listing in the conference program
• An electronic copy of the attendee list for the purposes of one mailing after the conference*

Exhibitors may request additional services from the Sheraton. For more information, see the Sheraton Exhibitor Packet.

To exhibit, register one representative as an exhibitor. Be sure to include your organization details for inclusion in the conference program. All other exhibitors from your organization may register as regular attendees.

* The electronic copy of the attendee list is provided for the purpose of one post-conference mailing. It is the intent of MedBiquitous that no further unsolicited contact with conference attendees take place. By submitting the exhibitor form, you acknowledge and agree to comply with that intention.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be made for cancellation on or before April 6, 2007. Refunds cannot be made after April 6, 2007.
