Leveraging Existing Content Assets in an E-Learning Framework�

Most content portfolios are not “born SCORM.” Explore techniques for layering e-learning concepts on top of existing published content to create greater utility for your users. Specifically: content organization into curricula by domain experts dynamic semantic compilation of content into e-learning objects prescriptive learning via self-assessment and custom reading lists correlation of site usage with established domain competencies use of curriculum and semantics to identify publisher topic "gaps" that need to be filled This presentation will reference McGraw-Hill’s AccessSurgery ( HYPERLINK "http://www.accesssurgery.com" www.accesssurgery.com) as an example of a resource constructed using these techniques.
